Shipping Policy


Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by us. Our order processing times are done within 1 business day. Most of our items are made upon order to ensure the best quality for our customers. On most cases, we wait 24 hours after your order before processing it. This is to allow you to make any changes to your order (if required).

After 24 hours, all orders are sent to our international fulfilment centre and the order is packaged and shipped out.


Tracking numbers are usually available 2-4 business days after you place your order. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 2 working days to show the correct location of your package.

We promise a 1 week delivery to the USA/ UK and the rest of the world. With our Free Shipping option, it may take a bit longer but if you require instant transfer, please use our other express delivery options to get the items at a faster rate.
